Excellent individual to work with I found out about Jack Stevens-BrightPatch Mortgage casually from somebody that was doing business with him, after the conversation came-up that I did not have a pleasant experience with a local Florida company where a was trying to do a refinance and even-thou was approved, it was one of those situation where what I was after,- was nowhere near the approved loan.
I was skeptical because BrightPath was an out-of-state company and not sure about the process, procedure, requirements, etc... but since I already had obtained all the information required and based on the comments received, I went ahead and called them up.
From my 1st call with Jack, he was straight forward and clear an unequivalent. I stated what I was looking for, he stated what he could do and we agreed as to what and how to do it.
