Where do I even begin? I give James Dean 5 out of 5 honest stars across the board! He helped my fiancé and I with our first refinance and to say we had a lot of questions is an understatement. That being said, no matter how large or small the issue James was the consummate professional. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and so patient! He literally went step by step with us, constantly explaining the process and preparing us for what was next. He is also extremely responsive, even when I send him multiple e-mails a day. Even when his job was done and we had finished the closing and settlement process, he continued to answer our questions and was there with us through the end! I could not more highly recommend him or speak to what a positive experience we had. Do yourself a favor and stop looking, James is the best through and through! ng?
