I would recommend Kevin and Bright Path to any of my friends!! As I told my co-worker, the only painful part of my refi process was figuring out the scanner at my office. Kevin responded promptly and navigated me through all of the steps needed. The attorney even came out to my house to complete the process at a time that was totally convenient for me and was just as helpful as Kevin. If I ever need mortgage services again it will be Bright Path all the way!!

If there are few words I can describe of what kind a person Kevin is, would be awesome, exceptional and simply brilliant. Where do I even begin? I give James Dean 5 out of 5 honest stars across the board! He helped my fiancé and I with our first refinance and to say we had a lot of questions is an understatement. That being said, no matter how large or small the issue James was the consummate professional. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and so patient! He literally went step by step with us, constantly explaining the process and preparing us for what was next. He is also extremely responsive, even when I send him multiple e-mails a day. Even when his job was done and we had finished the closing and settlement process, he continued to answer our questions and was there with us through the end!
