Where do I even begin? I give James Dean 5 out of 5 honest stars across the board! He helped my fiancé and I with our first refinance and to say we had a lot of questions is an understatement. That being said, no matter how large or small the issue James was the consummate professional. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and so patient! He literally went step by step with us, constantly explaining the process and preparing us for what was next. He is also extremely responsive, even when I send him multiple e-mails a day.
